On November 20, 2013, Corporal Rick Deskis of the Delaware State Police was shot in the arm during a routine investigation in the city of Wilmington. It has been one year since the incident, and there has been no arrest made in the case. The Delaware State Troopers Association, through Delaware CrimeStoppers, is offering a $10,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter. To show its support, Kimmel Carter has contributed $1,000.00 to the reward. We are committed to providing support for the law enforcement community throughout the state of Delaware, especially officers injured in the line of duty. We continue to offer legal representation for police officers and first responders in Delaware.
