Larry Kimmel & Jonathan O'Neill Elected President & Vice President of Delaware Trial Law

This summer, the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association (DTLA) elected Larry Kimmel as President and Jonathan O’Neil as Vice President. Edward Carter remains on the DTLA Board of Governors as an American Association for Justice State Delegate.

The DTLA is committed to seeking justice for all, preserving the constitutional right of trial by jury, and championing the cause of those who deserve redress for injury to person or property. In furtherance of this mission, the DTLA offers a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) calendar, attorney referrals, a knowledge bank, and other services.
